Your trolley tour will end at the Naval Academy main
gate. Start your visit at the Armel-Leftwich Visitors
Center. Enjoy the free 12-minute film, exhibits and
gift shop.
Then join your tour guides for a historical walking
tour that describes life at the U.S. Naval Academy,
past and present. Tour includes visits to Lejeune Hall,
Dahlgren Hall, Bancroft Hall, Tecumseh Court, Herndon
Monument, Chapel and the crypt of John Paul Jones, the
Revolutionary War naval hero.
Note: the Chapel and crypt are closed to tours during
worship services (Sunday mornings), weddings (most Saturdays),
funerals, and other special occasions.
Allow 2 hours for the Visitors Center and walking tour.
