Advance tickets are available online through midnight before the day of your tour. Remaining tickets are available from the tour guide on the trolley on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the tour.

Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

Check in with your tour guide with your print-at-home ticket no later than 15 minutes prior to designated tour departure. Tickets purchased online are for specified tour departures only.

Our ticket service provider is Etix.com. Their Terms and Conditions state that no exchanges or refunds are available. Our policy is that once tickets are purchased, refunds are not available. However, we try to be as flexible as possible. If your travel plans change, simply email us and we can manually change your reservation to another date, at no charge.
