We are often asked, "How much do houses cost around
here?"
Now you can find out!! We'll do the driving--you
do the looking. From the height of your trolley seat,
you'll have unobstructed views of the homes and get
a feel for the neighborhoods they're in.
Join realtor and Annapolis native Ellis Richman on
a one-hour tour of historic homes for sale in the Historic
District. We'll drive by homes on the current Multiple
Listing System while Ellis describes the home's salient
features, characteristics of the neighborhood, and the
latest trends in residential real estate in the Historic
District.
You'll leave the tour with a data sheet on the homes
along the route, a map of Annapolis, and a birds-eye
view of the residential real estate market in historic
Annapolis.
Get the big picture from one of Annapolis' finest Certified
Historic Home Specialist Realtors. Working with sellers
and buyers since 1989, Ellis has joined Long & Foster
Real Estate's brand-new office in Annapolis, and was
formerly with Champion Realty. He is a top-producing
Realtor in the nation, and he and his family are proud
to live in Annapolis’ Historic District on Prince
George Street, near the William Paca House & Garden.

FAQs --
Can we bring drinks and food on the tour?
Sure! Coffee, sandwiches and pastries are available
across the street in Hard
Bean. The nearby
Market House has quick-to-go pastries, pretzels,
pizza, crab cakes, fresh donuts, etc.
Where are the nearest bathrooms?
Restrooms are available in the Market House, the Harbormaster's
building, HistoryQuest, and (if you purchase something)
the several coffee houses.
Can I take pictures?
Yes, but we won't be long at each house; this is
a drive-by tour. Remember to turn off your flash so
it doesn't bounce off the windows (all you'd get is
a picture of a flash). And color photos of the homes
are always available on Ellis'
website.
Are the seats cushioned, or are they those wooden
slats?
Cushioned--and cushy!
