Tickets for the 40-minute tour are available in HistoryQuest
on a first-come basis.
Tickets for the 60-minute tour from the Visitors Center
are available here through midnight before the day of
your tour. Remaining tickets are available in the Visitors
Center on a first-come, first-served basis on the day
of the tour.
Please read the following carefully before purchasing:
Check in with your tour guide with print-at-home ticket
no later than 15 minutes prior to designated tour departure.
Tickets purchased online are for specified tour departures
only.
Our ticket service provider is Etix.com. Their Terms
and Conditions state that no exchanges or refunds are
available. Our policy is that once tickets are purchased,
refunds are not available. However, we try to be as
flexible as possible. If your travel plans change, simply
email us
and we can manually change your reservation to another
date, at no charge.
When purchasing your tickets on-line, please
supply a phone number where we can reach
you in the unlikely event we must cancel or change the
departure time of your tour. We will not use the number
for any other purpose and we do not share any of your
information with outside interests.
