Discover Annapolis Tours wants to make your event a joyous, special occasion and will work with you to see that you are completely satisfied with our services. In turn, we also have some rules that will meet our needs and help ensure your event is a success.

Discover Annapolis Tours (DAT) charters its vehicles for community hospitality events, business and organizational functions, and fun, wholesome, family-oriented entertainment and celebrations. We reserve the right to refuse charter to any event that does not meet these standards.

No alcohol will be consumed on our vehicles. We will transport alcoholic beverages to events, but no alcohol will be consumed on any DAT vehicle. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the service at the discretion of the driver. Any deposit and fees paid will be forfeited. DAT vehicles are also smoke-free.

DAT vehicles are cleaned prior to any charter. DAT will be responsible for cleaning the vehicle after an event provided no bodily fluids have been discharged into or onto the vehicle and no deliberate acts of defacement have taken place. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged in those instances. Any physical damage to DAT property, caused by client and/or their guest(s), will be fully billed to the client.

DAT shall not be held liable for any injuries to individuals whose conduct is not in compliance with the driver's instructions. Continued non-compliant conduct may result in immediate cancellation of service.

DAT vehicles are booked on a first-come basis. A booking is considered final when the confirmation is signed and a deposit is received.
